Step 1: Wash with lukewarm water

Minoxidil is the only FDA-approved prescription-based drug used to treat androgenic alopecia, alopecia areata, and male pattern baldness. Minoxidil has been used since the early 70s to alleviate high blood pressure and hypertension conditions until patients started seeing side effects like Hypertrichosis (abnormal growth of thick hair).
